Reaching Your Goals v. Procrastination

New Year, new resolutions? This year I got a jump start on mine by beginning in December. I have found that it has helped me maintain that motivation to achieve vs. procrastinate.

Being unhappy and waiting for the world to change, or just the next day or the next week can add to regrets. Life is short and the time to be productive, do what you love, get in shape is NOW!

Sit down and be real with yourself. What is missing? What do you long for? What do you wish you had always achieved but haven’t quite yet? Do it now, because you can. Because that nagging feeling that you aren’t moving forward in life will stay with you, until you make a move.

I was inspired to write this post by a discussion yesterday with a friend about procrastination. This post was inspired by knowing how incredibly talented they are and how much they are depriving the world and themselves of this talent.

I hope this year is the one everyone finds their inner peace and joy.
